(1) While establishing merit order for scholarship, selection committee shall establish separate merit order for general and reservation groups in terms of educational institution and subject.

(2) Merit order according to sub-rule (1) In the course of maintaining, if it is found that a person has obtained the marks of the examination from two or more educational institutions under the same university, the order of merit will be maintained on the basis of the highest marks. In spite of what has been written, in the case of scholarships for postgraduate level in medicine and dentistry, the marks obtained by the candidate in the examination will be maintained in order of marks for work experience according to rule 15.

(4) Sub-rules (1), (2) and ( 3) If the scores of more than one candidate are equal while establishing the merit order, the merit order will be established based on the minimum educational qualification score percentage of such candidates.

(5) The merit order maintained by the selection committee in accordance with this rule shall be submitted to the Ministry of Education and made public. Should be published.
